After the session, I waited to assess myself because I wanted to be sure about what I was feeling. Well, I was very relieved because I had searched and searched for relief from a tension that I had always felt was a part of myself. And I couldn't find the source of the tension to let it go. After the session, I felt so relaxed and things started to change and I'm on my way again and I feel more light in my heart. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience.

Sessions with Brenda Lim are always enjoyable because she takes a holistic approach to each lesson we have. She explains how our breathing affects the various parts of the body. It is also nice that she keeps updating education like the P-DTR technique that helps alleviate pain from injury!

I am a competitive powerlifter who experienced hip pain when doing sumo deadlifts. I asked Brenda's help to assess my pain and how to resolve it. After one teleconsultation, she was able to deduce that I have pelvic imbalance which causes the pain. She gave me exercises which immediately helped and will resolve the issue in the long run. During our call, she was very attentive and critical of how I do the movements, and how I feel when doing the movements. Overall, I am very grateful for her help, and I am optimistic that I can say goodbye to my pelvic pain.

P-DTR has instant, yet lasting results. I feel myself become more balanced, centered and at ease with my body. I sleep better. The usual aches, pains, or discomforts go away. When I had started Pilates with Brenda, I had NEVER taken up any regular form of exercise, had chronic back pain, and horrid posture since childhood, and was pregnant with my second child. Brenda is really knowledgeable and encouraging. She made me feel comfortable enough to try Pilates. The sessions are completely tailored to me, so they really helped me through all the changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum. I feel much more centered and relaxed, lighter and stronger after my sessions that I became unexpectedly addicted. After a series of sessions, I actually had friends tell me I have good posture! Brenda was indeed successful in making the course fun and interesting, considering the amount of information we needed to absorb, both mentally and physically. Her years of experience as a movement teacher really manifested when she would not just make a correction, but actually break down the mechanics of an incorrect pose, as well as the correct one. Her very sharp, "teacher eyes" can pinpoint the most subtle misalignment or incorrectly-placed body part. I became very aware of what I need to dedicate more time in learning and mastering, in order to impart the same kind of corrections to my own students. I am elated to have found Fletcher Pilates in the Philippines, being administered by such an experienced and well-qualified teachers in one of the cleanest, more impeccable studios I have ever seen!

I met Brenda in 2008 at Ron Fletcher's workshop in Singapore. I met Brenda in Manila during a Fletcher licensing course in 2011. Brenda is an amazing teacher and caring to her students inside and outside the studio. My impression of her style was elegance, discipline, and well-organized. I felt the techniques I've learnt during the course has helped my practice progress way further than I expected. I want to thank Brenda for helping me to find my natural range of motion, giving me the freedom to reacquaint myself with triathlon and fitness in general. I came to Brenda because I was experiencing a fear of vomit and other things like coughing. It was stopping me from doing my best at work because I would have to rush my work so that I didn't have to stay in the same room with other people. Our hypnotherapy sessions were relaxing. I thought it didn't work for me. But after two hypnotherapy sessions, I realized that my fear was no longer bothering me. I didn't know how much I was affected by it but now I feel much happier and confident. It's magical! I have other things I would like to work on, but that is what I like about coming to session. I can work on many areas of self-improvement.

My friend recommended that I see Brenda for my constant neck pain. To find relief, I would get regular deep tissue massage and it was helpful, but the relief wouldn't last. I would also try to stretch but it seemed to only aggravate my aches and make things tighter to the point where something would feel like ripping. So I really didn't know what to expect. But during our session, Brenda asked a lot of questions and was a kind listener. I thought it was going to become another deep massage but she only touched me very lightly in the back of my neck. By the end of the session, my pain was gone and it hasn't come back. She has healing hands!

I had a serious ankle injury and the recovery was taking a long time and it was starting to get me down. I contacted Brenda to find alternative ways to get me back to my jumping and running. My first impression of Brenda was that she was trustworthy and competent. The way she was taking into account my whole being made me feel like I was in good hands. Even though she is very knowledgeable, she made things easy for me to understand, for example, explaining the 'whys' of what we were doing. My injury was complex, but she was very chill and confident. She gave me so much hope and since then, I've made the most progress with her. Thank you, Brenda!

Ever since I was a child, I had been experiencing gut issues and would feel sick easily. But this is not why I came to see Brenda. I wanted to start exercising because I was feeling the effects of aging, but I had never exercised a day in my life! Brenda's approach made me feel like I could be an exerciser. And she knows how to go slow but keeps things challenging. She always makes it look easy! I feel good in her care and from the time we started working together my stomach doesn't feel bloated anymore and my legs don't feel heavy. I have more energy and because of that, my mind and body are so grateful.
